1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by FalconX Concierge, a trading name of Easy Set Global Ltd (Company No. 17032283), registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By applying for membership or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Private Members' Club
FalconX Concierge operates as a private members' club. Access to our services is by invitation or application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
3. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over. By applying, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We may request additional verification at any time.
4. Scope of Services
We provide bespoke luxury concierge services including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, event access, lifestyle management, and corporate hospitality. The specific services available to you depend on your membership tier.
All services are subject to availability. We act as an intermediary and are not the direct provider of third-party services such as hotels, airlines, or venues.
5. Fees & Payment
Membership fees and service charges will be communicated to you upon acceptance of your application. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as specified in your membership agreement.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership by providing written notice to us at aishik.roy@falconxconcierge.com.
For individual service bookings, cancellation terms vary depending on the nature of the service and the third-party provider's policies. We will inform you of applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your membership agreement. This right does not apply to bespoke or personalised services that have already commenced with your express consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of third-party services arranged on your behalf. Our liability in respect of any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Easy Set Global Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all member information with the utmost confidentiality. Details of your membership, requests, and personal preferences will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to fulfil your service requests or as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
